Lineage Digital is a marketing and advertising agency with an Emmy award-winning production house. We service Fortune 100/500 companies, media conglomerates, professional athletes, musicians, record labels, and sports teams. We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented digital / social marketer and manager.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years’ experience contributing to the social and digital media management for established brands. They are a digital native with a lot of personal experience and professional use of social media for their clients.
Responsibilities
- Translate client goals into a cohesive and intelligent social strategy
- Develop social content calendars and present them to clients
- Write and post social copy and audience interactions
- Create detailed briefs for internal design and production teams for the development of assets
- Develop and execute activations and campaigns that align with the client’s overall goals and KPIs
- Write scripts and treatments for static graphics, infographics, motion graphics, and videos
- Respond to comments/replies on brand posts and relevant mentions across client social platforms
- Monitor social media channels, and engage with influencers, partners, and customers
- Source content from influencers and other types of UGC
- Contribute to monthly/quarterly/campaign-end client reports
- Contribute to overall marketing strategies for social and web campaigns
- Contribute to monthly/quarterly/campaign-end client reports
- Ability to own asset management and publication of images, videos, graphics, and other content for clients
Must-haves
- Experience creating a variety of written social content, such as short to long-form copywriting, social posts, and social media ads
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Understanding of organic and paid social tactics and strategies
- Ability to internalize a company’s brand guidelines and brand voice with a focus on social
- Facility to pivot between several brands’ voices
- Knowledge of social platform-specific best practices
- Experience using project management and social media management platforms such as Falcon, Mavenlink, and/or Iconosquare
- Skill in deriving easily digestible insights from data
- Familiarity with principles of ad buying and paid boosting of organic content
- Previous customer interaction/service experience using social media platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years’ experience in digital and social media marketing either at an agency or in-house
